Michael Larado founded our firm after spending nearly 20 years in corporate leadership roles, non-profit boards, and as a venture consultant being the catalyst and motivational leader for strategic planning, product / service launches, and innovation. He has spent most of his career advising boards and C-suites to develop visionary goals, architect effective go-to-market strategies, design incredible customer experiences, and use lean startup/agile/design-thinking methodologies to deliver results faster with less mistakes.

He has worked in a variety of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, software, and media in strategic development roles.
